Membrane Performance & Filtration Properties

The filter features a 0.22 µm pore size, 30mm diameter and a filtration area of 4.9 cm². Nylon provides excellent flow characteristics, very low extractable levels and mechanical stability. Additional advantages include hydrophilicity, high protein binding and high dirt-loading capacity.

The filter delivers a retention rate of at least 98%, a holdup volume below 120 µL and a tested flow rate of 36-56 mL/min at 10 psi when tested using water at 25°C.
